1. INTRO: - A classic symphonic intro with lush orchestration full of atmospheric vibes, ending in a chaotic way.

RUNNING TIME: - 1.04 MINS.

2. LOST WORLD: - We are off with a tsunami headbanging metal extravaganza, as the track kicks off in full throttle mode. Ginny's vocals have that tone with a slight hint of menace that suits this sort of track perfectly. A super number full of oppressive and intensive power, top notch guitar shredding from Palle along side Ronny's stonking drums and driving bass lines from Thomas all combining and propelling the number, taking you along in its forceful drift.

RUNNING TIME: - 3.58 MINS.

3. DESTROY: - Wham Bam, fist pumping heavy metal that thunders through your brain getting the old adrenaline pumping through your veins. "DESTROY, DESTROY" demands Ginny, who is on fine form with her rocking vocals. This is a super pure heavy metal track that is exciting and has some excellent manic guitar shredding that cuts straight through you. Classy melodic touches plus a dark tint in the makeup of this number makes it exciting stuff indeed.

RUNNING TIME: - 4.18 MINS.

4. CITY IN RUINS: - Heavy and demanding as the number brews and rumbles like a earthquake that is about to erupt. The atmosphere presses down on you as it slowly dissolves your defences, aggressive metal that grinds you into dust. Great variations in the number as, at times, the style changes as it puts it foot on the accelerator. Ginny's vocals suck you right in as she delivers the song. Classy guitar from Palle add a lovely melodic flavour to the number as it twists and turns, keeping you on your toes. A pure melodic metal delight.

RUNNING TIME: - 5.08 MINS.

5. SICK AND TIRED: - "Phew" more punishment, as you are kicked into oblivion once again with a full on melodic metal blitz. The number tears into your system with a vengeance, with on fire lead guitar bursts, stonking drums and deep bass lines and a rapid fire tempo. Ginny sounds malicious with her tone of voice in this oppressive, demanding number.Anyone for the mosh pit?.

RUNNING TIME: - 3.44 MINS.

6. WE ARE THE GUARDIAN: - A slower paced start before the foot is taken off the brake and we are in for another metal feast. Great rhythm and tempo to this number with Palle producing some excellent guitar work. Ginny shines as she belts out the title "WE ARE THE GUARDIAN" with some hard gutsy vocals whilst encouraging you to sing along with this anthem style chorus. Heavy vibes abounds as the track coils and wraps its way round you with ease. Nice melodic flavours in the number as it embeds itself into your brain, with a great story.

RUNNING TIME: - 7.14 MINS.

7. WE WILL RISE: - A bit off an oppressive start with spoken vocals from Ginny, and doom laden guitars. The track erupts full of fire and flame and the uprising is in full flow. A top notch metal number, full of surging power, as it thunders along, taking you to war. Ginny's vocals are crystal clear, and once again, entices you to join in. Heavy bass lines from Thomas and power house drumming from Ronny all add to the adrenaline pumping melting pot, dragging you along in its flow.

RUNNING TIME: - 4.50 MINS.

8. THE WEAK: - Nothing weak about this track as its another barnstorming, foot stomping, fist pumping metal tidal wave. Nice touches within the number that give out different vibes for you to enjoy, as the number swaps around with ease. Ronny's storming drums thump out a great beat, Palle excels with some lovely metal guitar work. Ginny's excellent vocals stand out in this superb number.

RUNNING TIME: - 4.38 MINS.

9. MONSTERS OF THE DEEP: - "WOW" what a way to finish the album with a full frontal melodic metal monster that packs a wallop as it stampedes along, trampling you in its wake. Ginny is back with her slightly menacing vocals, that are crystal clear as she delivers the song with style. The number rushes through your system with a vengeance, with some light Sabbath style riffs in places, as the whole affair takes you over. The variations and different tempos in this final number are first class. This onslaught stands its authority and strangles the last bit of life from you, leaving a permanent mark. Heavy metal joy.

RUNNING TIME: - 4.20 MINS.

What we have here my friends is a blistering full on melodic metal onslaught, no time for any breathers as one track finishes the next immediately begins to continue to batter your senses that will leave you exhausted by the end. Classy fist pumping adrenaline fueled high octane tracks. TURN UP THE VOLUME, PLAY LOUD, and enjoy this piece of metal indulgence. I hope this band are going to be around for some time and deliver some more of this in the future. Certainly a band to watch out for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...9.5/10
