I got into this band around a year ago and bought a special design T-short and the digital album as well. The way Sam went about looking after those who bought stuff on their campaign was first class and much respect to them and Sam. I`m actually nervous about the album. I just hope its as good as i...

After seeing Tarja at both MFVF and in London on her recent tour of Europe. I have to say she is far more relaxed on stage than I have ever seen her. She seems to be having the time of her life and it transfers to the audience. I`ve watched her career develop from her days in Nightwish to her solo t...

I also bought this album. My first impressions are its an excellent first attemp to ake a full length album. The music is amazing. if I had one critism it would be the vocals are high for to long. Can be difficult to keep listening to warbling of high intensity for to long. I may be being a bit hars...

Well above is the mechanical way of reviewing. I`ll have a go at the emotional side. I.E. how the music makes you feel as a human. I`m a huge fan of La Ventura and to be honest this is not their finest work. but it is a welcome addition to their catalogue of work. The video track as I lay dying is a...

I have had the pleasure of being introduced to this group by someone I still have not met yet. I saw a post on Facebook saying he had been listening to this album all weekend long and couldn`t believe how good it was. he left a you tube video of a track called For a Voice Like Thunder. I thought thi...

If you travel on the London Underground or Tube as its better known. The Underworld is the other side of the road to Camden station. It is basically the basement to the Worlds End pub upstairs which has sat there for over 100 years. The Box office is on street lavel and the stairs go directly down t...

I have to say The Roadhouse is a very impressive venue. I like the fact you can leave the stage area and have a pint in a much quieter and luxurious atmosphere. The parking is great and of course the stage area itself is as good as any i`ve ever been to. Top Venue. Can`t wait to get back there and f...

For a first attempt at recording the album is first class. There is nothing on there that blows you away but theres nothing that is annoying or boring. What I will say is Laura`s vocal is on the higher than average side and at times it takes over. But on the whole not bad at all. The T-shirt is bril...

It was a funny experience really. Bearing in mind Pythia have a new singer. Triaxis have new members and will soon need 2 more. And Metaprism were absolutely fantastic. Krissy has gone back to black hair and looks better for it (IMHO) Becky Baldwin really is good and very attractive. Glyn on guitar ...

Off to see Xandria again at the Underworld in Camden. Support from Jaded Star and Serenity. Really looking forward to this one as they cancelled in Eindhoven which was a large part of the reason for going there last year. Any way. Any one else from here going to this show ?

http://i1209.photobucket.com/albums/cc388/PaulHornetChilton/graceS_zpselcf6kuq.jpg /zOXrZwBPqmI Can I first say that this gig was at The Dublin Castle pub in Camden. Every time i`ve been there you come away knowing you`ve just seen some bands in a legendary venue. It just has that feel that the Mar...
